Overview

We are looking for a Help Desk Support Technician with 2 to 5 years of experience in user support, a good attitude, professionalism, and fluency in English and Portuguese.

In Short

Provide phone support
Support via chat system
Manage pending tasks
Deliver high-level customer support with immediate solutions
Forward tasks to level 2 and/or 3 technical teams
Identify and resolve issues
Multitask effectively
Analyze ticket backlog

Requirements

2 to 5 years of help desk and support experience
Advanced English and Portuguese proficiency
Desirable Spanish knowledge
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Logical reasoning for problem-solving
Basic to intermediate IT knowledge

Benefits

Monday to Friday work schedule
