Director of Finance - Remote

Overview

The Director of Finance will be a hands-on finance professional responsible for financial modeling, planning, and strategic pricing decisions at GrowthX, a fast-growing AI-powered growth platform.

In Short

• Own and maintain corporate financial models across services and subscription-based revenue.
• Forecast ARR/MRR, sales capacity, and delivery capacity planning.
• Drive internal financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Analyze customer usage patterns and model pricing impacts.
• Build metrics to evaluate business performance and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial targets.
• Support strategic pricing decisions and conduct in-depth analysis.
• Develop insights and narratives for leadership and the board.
• Leverage BI tools for analytics and reporting.
• Work in a fully remote environment with minimal meetings.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of total experience in finance roles.
• Experience in a startup environment.
• Expert-level financial modeling skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a high-growth environment.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional partnership experience.
• Experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
• SQL knowledge preferred but not required.
