In Short

• Design and code responsive landing pages and UI components.
• Lead design reviews and collaborate with client stakeholders.
• Prototype new microsites and AI-assisted design workflows.
• Create high-conversion visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
• Work with client design systems and develop internal systems.
• Ensure quality and compliance across all shipped products.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in designing and building web experiences.
• Portfolio showcasing aesthetics, interaction clarity, and code.
• Fluency in Figma and at least one front-end stack (React, Next.js, Webflow).
• Ability to juggle brand storytelling with growth design.
• Strong communication skills for client and team collaboration.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage project dynamics.
