Senior Paid Search Specialist - Remote

Overview

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Senior Paid Search Specialist for our growth marketing team. This teammate will help optimize paid search campaigns, monitor analytics, and adjust strategies based on client goals. Handle administrative tasks like Google Tag management and UTM setup, ensuring proper testing and validation. Research blog content and collaborate with copywriters, while developing necessary SOPs.

In Short

• Build / optimize / load paid search ad campaigns
• Monitor analytics and adjust according to client direction / parameters
• Manage administrative / data entry touchpoints (Google Tags, UTM setup, etc.)
• Execute validation and optimization testing per client directive
• Develop role-related SOPs as needed
• Blog content research to share with technical copywriter collaboration and posting

Requirements

• 2+ years of Google ads campaign management experience (Search and Display)
• Asana experience
• Working / navigational knowledge of Google Analytics platform
• Basic - intermediate Excel / Sheets capabilities
• Great verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience writing and iterating on role-related SOPs
• Ability to work EST or PST hours
