In Short

• Develop, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage daily ad budgets ranging from $7K to $35K.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
• Monitor campaigns and analyze performance for actionable insights.
• Share weekly reports and recommendations with the team.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce ad content.
• Align paid social strategies with broader marketing goals.
• Stay updated on platform trends and best practices.
• Create client-facing decks and performance reports.
• Manage relationships with platform representatives and vendors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns.
• 1+ year of organic social media management experience.
• Strong data analysis and trend identification skills.
• Experience with Looker Studio or similar analytics tools.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn ads preferred.
• Available to work EST hours.
