GrowthAssistant is looking for a Paid Search and Paid Social Specialist for our growth marketing team. This teammate will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing our paid social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a keen understanding of digital trends to reach and engage our target audience effectively.

In Short

• Manage and optimize client’s paid advertising channels daily.
• Handle around 8 campaigns in each channel with a minimum budget of $10K monthly.
• Develop and maintain reporting for paid advertising channels.
• Collaborate with team members to communicate performance.
• Work with creative teams to develop advertising creatives.
• Optimize towards key performance goals.
• Conduct ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience managing paid advertising channels.
• Hypothesis-driven mindset with a track record of running experiments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Process-driven with a focus on minimizing inefficiencies.
• Critical thinker with adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
