Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to join our growth marketing team. This teammate manages drip campaigns using Braze (may also utilize previous Klaviyo experience) to implement lead-to-customer, upsell, and churn strategies while tagging and segmenting audiences for targeted marketing. Oversee the email marketing cycle, creating A/B tests and dynamic content to optimize performance and support test-and-learn initiatives.

• Build, test, QA, deploy, and monitor emails
• Develop the content calendar for email drip campaigns
• Create experiments and A/B Tests
• Build segmentation and attributions within the CRM
• Monitor and optimize email performance
• Partner with customer service to troubleshoot email challenges
• Configuring dynamic content
• Basic design setup of email campaigns
• Manage the full email marketing cycle
• Support test & learn efforts

Requirements

• Set up and manage drip campaigns using Braze
• Identify and implement various types of drip campaigns
• Tagging and segmenting audiences
• Create experiments and A/B Tests
• Monitor and optimize email performance
• Configuring dynamic content
• Experience using Braze is a plus
