Requirements

• 2-3+ years of Meta ads experience (setup, optimization, reporting).
• 1+ years of experience with LinkedIn Ads or willingness to learn.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other paid media KPIs.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced formulas.
• Fluent in English with strong client-facing communication skills.
