Overview

GoodParty.org is looking for an experienced political campaign professional with a background in campaign management, field operations, and/or communications to support candidates in utilizing their AI Campaign Manager effectively.

In Short

• Support candidates remotely in using GoodParty.org’s AI tools.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates.
• Analyze elections and voter data for campaign strategies.
• Assist in executing voter contact campaigns.
• Engage in online candidate communities.
• Collaborate with the product team to improve tools.
• Provide customer success services to candidates.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of campaign experience.
• Track record of successful candidate campaigns.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with CRMs and AI tools.
• Proficient in spreadsheets.
• Experience with voter files and path to victory models.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools.
• Adaptability to changing campaign needs.
