In Short

• As an experienced Software Engineer on the Provider Showcase team at Grow Therapy, you’ll be helping to drive our efforts to improve tooling for Providers to show off what makes their mental health practice unique at Grow Therapy.
• The team’s primary goals are to increase Profile Quality and differentiation of therapists featured on our platform.
• 5+ years in engineering with a focus on frontend systems.
• Experience with Typescript and React.
• Experience with Python.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with experience in startups or personal projects.
• Product thinker with a user-centric approach.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Highly motivated with a desire for ownership of work.
• Bonus points for experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
