Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst at Grow Therapy, you will drive data-driven insights and reporting to support our Care Connections product group, working alongside analysts, data scientists, and engineers.

In Short

• Develop data-driven business insights and collaborate with partners.
• Work with data scientists to improve data integrity and pipelines.
• Refine questions and generate hypotheses about the business.
• Build critical dashboards and datasets in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Guide the development of AI features through insights and metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics for complex business problems.
• Advanced SQL and basic Python expertise.
• Experience in building dashboards, preferably with Looker.
• Strong data storytelling skills.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
