Overview

As an Account Manager Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and maintaining relationships with clients, primarily focusing on small and medium-sized businesses.

In Short

  • Focus on SMB sales through outbound activities.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Manage and report on sales activities aligned with business goals.
  • Gather customer feedback for prompt resolution.
  • Prepare commercial and technical proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Communicate effectively in both German and English.
  • Collaborate with channel partners in sales activities.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English (B2).
  • Proven sales experience, particularly in outbound or business development.
  • Strong achievement orientation and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with channel partners is a plus.
