Grow Progress is looking for a Senior Research Strategist to build and lead relationships with our commercial clients.

• Lead client relationships and advise on research design.
• Analyze data to support complex commercial client needs.
• Join Commercial Sales prospect calls as an expert voice.
• Develop and manage relationships with enterprise commercial clients.
• Identify opportunities for clients to use products in new ways.
• Evangelize tools with prospective and existing clients.
• Work with clients to develop large-scale research plans.
• Coach clients to use tools independently.
• Design and draft case studies with the Marketing team.
• Help clients analyze and interpret their results.

Requirements

• Familiarity with statistics and research methodology.
• Experience in client relationship management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
• Experience in marketing and project management.
