In Short

• Hands-on experience in Groupon's Global Tax department.
• Support tax provision computations and compliance responsibilities.
• Collaborate with various departments including Finance, Marketing & Sales.
• Internship duration: 10 weeks from June 2, 2025 - August 8, 2025.
• Hybrid schedule with required office presence in Chicago on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

• Contribute to tax process optimization and procedural changes.
• Prepare tax models and assist with tax projects.
• Engage in document analysis and accounting treatment under ASC740.

Requirements

• Rising Junior or Senior in college majoring in Accounting, Tax, or Finance.
• Relevant coursework in the field.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiastic and adaptable to challenges.
