IT System Administrator (m/f/d) - Network & Infrastructure - Remote

Overview

The IT System Administrator is responsible for the smooth operation and further development of our internal IT infrastructure.

In Short

• Responsible for the operation and development of internal IT infrastructure.
• Develop the internal network across all locations, including management of switches, firewalls, and RADIUS servers.
• Administer the telephone system and ensure its proper functioning.
• Manage and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment, focusing on user and license management.
• Administer and further develop our virtualized on-premise test and learning environment.
• Support additional internal systems such as WLAN, surveillance cameras, and backups.
• Assist in training our IT specialists in system integration and share knowledge.
• Provide support and assistance to users in daily business and act as a point of contact.

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable degree.
• At least two years of practical experience in the mentioned areas.
• Structured and solution-oriented work style with the ability to present complex technical issues clearly.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work at least three days a week in Gescher, with the possibility of up to two days of home office.
