Requirements

• 10+ years in product management with 5+ in leadership roles.
• Proven track record in driving Product-Led Growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks and scalable architecture.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and balance competing priorities.
• Experience in product launches and monetization models.
• Deep empathy for solving customer problems.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on measurable outcomes.
• Fluency in German is a plus.
