Lead Advertising and Creative Services Manager - Remote

Overview

Group O is seeking a Lead Advertising and Creative Services Manager with customer retention marketing and Agency experience to drive a diverse set of current customer creative campaigns supporting one of our clients' products.

In Short

• Serve as the primary POC for internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
• Manage end-to-end current customer creative campaigns.
• Create and manage project schedules, ensuring necessary timing requirements.
• Review and approve creative designs and messaging.
• Lead creative presentations to senior leadership.
• Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage individual project budgets established by SOWs.
• Proactively resolve campaign issues and implement process improvements.
• Maintain project documentation and track historical data.
• Monitor rights expirations and renewals.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in advertising, creative services, or marketing project management.
• Proven experience managing external creative agencies.
• Experience presenting creative work to senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Background in customer retention marketing.
