Overview

The Associate Digital Delivery Manager supports the successful execution of digital projects, with a focus on project coordination, asset testing, resource and budget tracking, and ensuring smooth and effective collaboration between teams.

In Short

• Independent management of small to medium projects from briefing through to delivery.
• Utilising and maintaining project management tools to plan and track resources.
• Assisting in the delivery of larger and more complex projects.
• Flagging budget issues in a timely manner.
• Utilising the Veeva ecosystem for project execution.
• Performing quality assurance checks.
• Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinating supplier management.
• Supporting financial reporting for the digital team.

Requirements

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
• Digital project management experience in medical communications.
• Experience with Veeva ecosystem and email campaigns.
• Exposure to JIRA or similar tools.
• Proficiency in MS365 and Excel for budget tracking.
• Good understanding of digital production processes.
• Experience coordinating projects across time zones.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
