Design & Research Associate - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Design & Research Associate to create curricula, toolkits, and learning resources that make menstrual health education engaging, safe, and behaviour-changing for adolescents. This role combines curriculum design, participatory research, and field testing to develop practical how-to guides for facilitators, frontline workers, and youth, enabling gender-transformative learning and scalable interventions.

Requirements

• 2–3 years experience in curriculum design or youth programs.
• Bachelor's degree in design, social sciences, or education.
• Understanding of adolescent development.
• Experience with design thinking methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Kannada is a plus.
• Comfort using Canva and Google Workspace.
