Overview

The Resident Perks Strategist will primarily procure, negotiate, and manage resident deal offerings, serving as a key liaison between Greystar, national, and local accounts, enhancing the overall resident digital experience.

  • Recruit and maintain relationships with national and local partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for campaign strategy and reporting.
  • Conduct gap analyses and create expansion plans for new markets.
  • Prepare monthly perk reporting using data tools.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements for partnerships.
  • Identify and resolve performance-related issues.
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and practices.
  • Participate in training and professional development.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience or degree in Business or Real Estate.
  • Experience with property management systems (e.g., RealPage, Yardi).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to problem-solve and implement creative solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in software support or database administration preferred.
  • Ability to articulate strategies to large groups including executives.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business meetings.
