As a Project Manager with experience in agile methods, you will support the successful initiation, execution, and evaluation of projects in collaboration with all departments.

In Short

• Further development and optimization of our project and portfolio management frameworks.
• Responsibility for one or more projects from planning to completion.
• Management of complex IT projects in close coordination with clients and stakeholders.
• Implementation and maintenance of portfolio management processes and supporting tools.
• Regular portfolio reviews and prioritization of projects.
• Ensuring economic conditions and adherence to high quality and security standards.
• Proactive risk identification and effective countermeasures.
• Customer satisfaction is always a priority.

Requirements

• Comprehensive experience in project and portfolio management, ideally with agile methods.
• Experience in dealing with clients and stakeholders.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Basic understanding of technical contexts in software development.
• High comprehension: You understand both the wishes of the clients and the capabilities of your teams.
• Team player with a willingness to delegate.
• Open to various challenges – you feel comfortable with new topics, complex stakeholder constellations, and changing frameworks.
