Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Designer at Great Question, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design of comprehensive product areas, balancing tactical improvements and larger redesigns while collaborating across teams.

In Short

• Lead the design of complex features and products from concept to launch
• Collaborate with product managers to define product strategy and requirements
• Conduct user research and usability testing to evaluate design decisions
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications
• Present design solutions to stakeholders and articulate design decisions
• Contribute to the design system and establish design patterns

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (we use Figma)
• Experience with design systems and pattern libraries
• Interest and ability to run research to evaluate your design decisions
• Ideally experience in B2B SaaS working with large enterprise customers
