Overview

The Success Lead is a member of the Implementation Services team and supports Great Minds in its mission to promote adoption and effective implementation of all curriculum products. This role fosters long-term relationships with district leaders and school leaders, develops comprehensive implementation plans, and delivers onsite leadership consulting that results in student growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in education, including 3+ years as a school leader or instructional coach.
  • Experience managing strategic district partnerships.
  • Experience implementing Great Minds curricula or similar.
  • Proficiency in educational consulting and coaching.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent writing skills for creating implementation plans.
  • Ability to make solutions-oriented decisions.
  • Knowledge of factors influencing school decision-making.
  • Experience with digital and print education platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
