• Experience in disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-call and outside standard hours when necessary.
• Experience in mentoring and leading teams.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of security policies and zero-trust principles.
