The platform helps solve the complex issue of hourly matching between clean energy generation and consumption, at scale.

In Short

  • You’ll be joining our Commercial team to manage and grow customer relationships.
  • This role is critical to customer satisfaction and product adoption.
  • Own and manage new customer onboarding processes.
  • Be the primary point of contact for existing accounts.
  • Advise customers on platform usage and data-related questions.
  • Offer first-level support and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional tasks with Technical Solutions, Product, and Sales teams.
  • Responsible for upselling and deeper product usage.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and materials.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in internal discussions.

Requirements

  • A degree in science, technology, engineering, maths, or finance.
  • Experience in B2B/Enterprise customer-facing roles.
  • Energy industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and experience with Excel.
  • Confident project manager with good prioritization skills.
  • Highly organized with a good sense of follow-through.
  • Fluent English speaker.
