Overview

Granicus is seeking a skilled Product Manager with a background in software and a passion for improving resident experiences, driving citizen engagement, and advancing government transparency.

• Drive execution across agile teams by translating vision into actionable plans.
• Manage a well-prioritized Jira backlog across multiple value streams.
• Oversee the development of complex, large-scale technical products.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product’s features and business value.
• Apply AI/ML fluency to drive innovation and inform product decisions.
• Lead PI planning and value stream alignment.
• Ensure stories are clearly defined and sprint-ready.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and communication.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and serve as the product voice.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management or related experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in marketing automation and/or digital engagement platforms.
• Fluency in Jira and/or Aha!
• Experience working with technical teams and understanding APIs.
• Familiarity with scaled agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
• Strong understanding of customer discovery techniques and user research methodologies.
• Experience contributing to platform or multi-product ecosystems.
• Familiarity with compliance, security, or regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools and A/B testing frameworks.
