Granicus is seeking a skilled Associate Product Manager with a background in software and a passion for improving resident experiences, driving citizen engagement, and advancing government transparency.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management or related experience.
• Experience in marketing automation and/or digital engagement platforms.
• Fluency in Jira and/or Aha!
• Experience working with technical teams and understanding APIs.
• Exposure to scaled agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
• Demonstrated use of AI/ML tools in product development.
• Strong understanding of customer discovery techniques.
• Experience contributing to platform or multi-product ecosystems.
• Familiarity with compliance, security, or regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools and A/B testing frameworks.
