In Short

• Develop and enhance a diverse portfolio of open source plugins for Grafana dashboards.
• Build new data source plugins and improve existing ones.
• Ensure the smooth operation and reliability of plugins in Grafana Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.
• Support customer escalations and provide technical assistance.
• Participate in on-call rotations for production support.
• Work in a remote-first environment with a focus on collaboration.
• Transform ideas into working code and deliver large projects.
• Communicate design decisions clearly in English.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Backend Engineer with expertise in Go.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies is a plus.
• Strong coding skills and operational experience.
• Understanding of user-centered software development processes.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
• Self-driven with an ability to work independently.
• Experience with backend technologies and some frontend technologies.
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work on complex solutions.
