Observability Architect - Remote

Overview

Grafana is evolving to create an elite team that will redefine post sales technical partnership in the industry: the Observability Architect. In this role, you’ll build the team who pioneers this new function.

In Short

• Lead a transformation of the Customer Experience organization.
• Plot the path to observability maturity with customers.
• Own the long-term adoption and overall experience of Grafana's customers.
• Guide the Observability Architecture team to be a reliable partner.
• Work with Engagement Managers to enhance customer lifecycle frameworks.
• Partner with sales leadership on customer programs and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure customer requirements are met through collaboration with Product Management.
• Contribute to renewals forecasting and team performance reporting.
• Educate customers on leveraging the Grafana stack.
• Enhance documentation and create enablement materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years leading a post-sales technical team.
• 5+ years in the high tech industry with relevant roles.
• Direct technical experience in observability or related fields.
• Experience mentoring and managing performance.
• Knowledge of operational expertise in observability.
• Experience selling monitoring/data/visualization products.
• Creativity in solving customer adoption challenges.
• First-class written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to run teams that solve technical challenges.
