In Short

• This role is about shaping a brand-new function at the forefront of the observability space.
• You’ll build and lead a team of in-house solution experts guiding strategic customers.
• Focus on onboarding, adoption, and expansion to unlock the full power of our platform.
• Partner with Sales leadership on customer programs and marketing initiatives.
• Executive sponsorship of key accounts will be key to your success.
• Understand and contribute to customers’ strategies for Grafana technologies.
• Ensure customer requirements are met through collaboration with Product Management.
• Own and report on team performance and customer evaluations.
• Educate stakeholders on leveraging the Grafana stack.
• Contribute to documentation and enablement material.

Requirements

• 3+ years leading a team, 5+ years in the high tech industry.
• Experience in mentoring and managing performance.
• Knowledge of Open Source selling and Cloud first/Product led sales.
• Deep understanding of the Grafana Platform and competing products.
• Experience in selling monitoring/data/visualization products.
• Creative problem-solving for Customer Adoption Challenges.
• Proactively assist customers with technical issues.
• First-class communication skills for collaboration with teams and customers.
• Passion for solving technical challenges.
