Overview

The Senior Manager of P2M Pipeline is a key leader in driving the execution and continuous improvement of Old Navy’s end-to-end product to market process, ensuring cross-functional alignment and operational feasibility.

In Short

• Own and manage the Old Navy P2M Pipeline Checklist.
• Partner with Director to develop and execute the Annual Brand Calendar.
• Lead planning and facilitation of milestone meetings.
• Prepare and distribute milestone materials for cross-functional feedback.
• Drive training and communications for process adoption.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
• Serve as the primary liaison for P2M SMEs.
• Lead special projects related to transformation initiatives.
• Support ad hoc needs to manage product to market objectives.
• Ensure alignment with seasonal calendars and milestone deliverables.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product development or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of the P2M lifecycle.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proactive problem solver with a collaborative mindset.
• Skilled in coordinating meetings and managing timelines.
• Experience in change management, training, and communication.
• Proficient in SharePoint, Miro, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong communication skills to influence across teams.
