Senior Manager, Old Navy Field Finance - Remote

Overview

In this role, you will support the overall Finance function for a large, multi-brand retailer in a fast-paced, complex environment, providing guidance, data, and analysis to various business units and executive leadership teams.

In Short

• Prepare monthly financial reports for management.
• Deliver financials related to financial close, internal/external reporting, and analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of insightful presentations for decision-making.
• Ensure accurate financial results and comprehensive analysis of key expenses.
• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior year expenses.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners.
• Lead, inspire, and motivate teams towards success.
• Utilize a comprehensive understanding of financial statements.
• Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and accountability.
• Work effectively under strict deadlines.

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of financial statements and the financial close process.
• High level of individual accountability.
• Ability to influence others and maintain key relationships.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations.
