In this role, you will work in an energizing, inclusive, and creative environment focused on concepting and creating sustainable product that exceeds customers' expectations.

In Short

• Participate in the conceptual development of the product line.
• Research global markets to identify new seasonal trends.
• Develop concepts and sketches for the product line.
• Strong illustrator and photoshop skills required.
• Maintain and update sketch presentation boards.
• Proficient in PLM and cloud software like Miro.
• Manage deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
• Develop strong internal cross functional relationships.
• Create tech packs and communicate vision behind fit.
• Responsible for sketch callouts and maintaining specifications.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in woven tops and/or dresses.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to take risks and be customer curious.
• Ability to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with tech design processes.
