The Director of Federal Affairs will strategize, lead, and manage federal credit union advocacy efforts, requiring strong legislative strategy and advocacy skills.

Requirements

• Superb communication skills.
• Background in legislative affairs, lobbying, or politics.
• Experience with financial institutions is a plus.
• Four-year degree in political science or related field.
• Three to five years of experience in lobbying or grassroots coordination.
• Proven competency in strategic thinking and execution.

Benefits

• Salary range of $70,000 - $90,000.
