Overview

The Federal Affairs Director serves as GIFFORDS’ main liaison to Congress and the Administration, setting the strategy for the organization’s work with the federal government to address gun violence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience on Capitol Hill or similar.
• Understanding of federal legislative processes.
• Ability to build relationships with public officials.
• Experience managing multiple projects.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

• Salary range of $151,000 - $170,000 annually.
