The Associate Director for Impact Litigation is a senior attorney responsible for leading high-impact affirmative litigation aimed at advancing gun industry accountability and reducing gun violence. This position requires extensive litigation experience and a commitment to addressing the systemic drivers of gun harm.

Requirements

• Commitment to trauma-informed practice.
• Experience supervising legal staff.
• Strong collaboration skills with diverse partners.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
