Pacific Northwest Regional Development Director - Remote

Overview

The Pacific Northwest Regional Development Director will be responsible for implementing a strong and innovative fundraising strategy to solicit and secure principal, foundation, and major gifts from a portfolio of donors who support the organization with annual gifts of $10,000 or more in the Pacific Northwest region.

• Develop and manage a portfolio of major donors and prospects.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in major donor solicitation.
• Ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
• Experience managing multi-faceted projects.
• Outstanding analytical and organizational skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and fundraising CRMs.
• Strong belief in gun violence prevention.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Comfort in a moderate political environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
