• Lead Flock Safety’s engagement with federal policymakers and agencies.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive federal strategy.
• Advocate for public safety technology policies.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments.
• Cultivate relationships with federal agencies and Congressional members.
• Shape policy narratives and draft proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Manage Political Action Committee (PAC) development.
• Exceptional communication and strategic planning skills required.
• Must be based in the DC area.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in federal government affairs or lobbying.
• Strong understanding of federal legislative processes.
• Proven ability to build relationships with policymakers.
• Experience leading advocacy campaigns.
• Exceptional written and public speaking skills.
