GEICO is seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Program Manager from the financial services industry with a passion for working on complex Finance Technology programs across multiple departments and teams. You will be the key to driving teams of engineers with a deep focus on delivering enterprise-wide products.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale Finance Technology programs.
• 10+ years in Product Management or Project Management.
• Strong program and project management skills.
• Deep Finance domain expertise.
• Experience with Workday Financials.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with continuous delivery.
• PMP or Scrum certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
