Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 5-7 years of experience in retail management.

  • High Golf IQ, including knowledge of technology, equipment, and club fitting.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in driving sales and profitability.
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Willingness to travel between stores regularly.
