Overview

The District General Manager serves as the lead manager overseeing the Civic Center Campus, responsible for managing numerous facilities and directing a diverse team in property and building management.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Five years of experience in commercial multi-building real estate.
  • Three years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience in building/property management techniques.
  • Knowledge of building engineering practices.
  • Experience managing capital projects.
  • Utilization of computerized maintenance management software.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage complex functional areas of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
