Overview

As an Executive Assistant at GoFundMe, you will support the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and Global Go-To-Market team by managing administrative and project management functions, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination of various initiatives.

In Short

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the GGTM team.
  • Manage scheduling for meetings and events.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external events.
  • Arrange travel for the GGTM team.
  • Support GGTM initiatives and track project timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and offer solutions to roadblocks.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for event-related inquiries.
  • Prepare materials and presentations for events.
  • Facilitate communication between the GGTM team and other departments.
  • Support cross-functional projects, including product launches.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives.
  • Minimum B.A. degree.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google tools.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience with project management tools like ClickUp/Asana.
