The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external people on all matters pertaining to senior management and their respective teams.

Primary point of contact for the Global CEO and Global Investment team, both internally and externally
Comprehensive diary management, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
Coordination of international travel, including visa arrangements, detailed itineraries, and logistical support
Planning and execution of Townhall meetings, including agenda coordination and logistical arrangements
Light oversight of the administrative team, comprising two Executive Assistants and one Team Assistant
Providing support on special projects and initiatives as required
Managing CEO expenses with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely processing
Leading the organisation of key company events, including the Summer Party, Team Building activities, and Christmas Party
Planning and delivering twice-yearly partnership summits
Organising an annual conference, overseeing all logistics and stakeholder coordination
Requirements
Experience as an EA at CEO level
Strong organisational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Experience managing a team
Discrete and able to maintain confidentiality
Behaves in a professional manner with tact and diplomacy
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and clients
