Overview

The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external people on all matters pertaining to senior management and their respective teams.

In Short

  • Primary point of contact for the Global CEO and Global Investment team, both internally and externally
  • Comprehensive diary management, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
  • Coordination of international travel, including visa arrangements, detailed itineraries, and logistical support
  • Planning and execution of Townhall meetings, including agenda coordination and logistical arrangements
  • Light oversight of the administrative team, comprising two Executive Assistants and one Team Assistant
  • Providing support on special projects and initiatives as required
  • Managing CEO expenses with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely processing
  • Leading the organisation of key company events, including the Summer Party, Team Building activities, and Christmas Party
  • Planning and delivering twice-yearly partnership summits
  • Organising an annual conference, overseeing all logistics and stakeholder coordination

Requirements

  • Experience as an EA at CEO level
  • Strong organisational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience managing a team
  • Discrete and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Behaves in a professional manner with tact and diplomacy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and clients
  • Excellent time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Pro-active, can-do attitude, solution-focused
  • A team player who is personable, approachable and helpful
