Overview

We are looking for an English-fluent People Operations Manager, based in Latin America, available to work remotely. This role involves exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on HR compliance and employee support.

• Serve as a general HR resource for employees.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations.
• Knowledge of employment laws across multiple U.S. states.
• Experience with benefits administration and HR systems.
• Proven experience managing onboarding processes.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Empathetic and service-oriented communicator.
• Experience in a creative or professional services environment is a plus.
