As a Software Engineer on the Product Catalog team at GOAT, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining internal tools for ingesting, processing, and displaying products in a comprehensive catalog of collectible items.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering (preferably Golang or Ruby).
• Experience in building internal tools.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
• Knowledge of gRPC and protobufs is a plus.
• Experience with both monoliths and service-oriented architectures.
• Some experience in full-stack development, particularly with NodeJS and React.
• Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
• A self-starter with a high attention to detail.
• Interest in taking on more responsibilities over time.
• BS degree preferred.
