Product Design Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a technical product leader and experienced people manager who is passionate about mentoring and supporting the growth of those they have managed. Our ideal candidate has directly managed and led a high-performing team of product designers or product managers on a successful SaaS product that has achieved Product-Market Fit.

Requirements

• 3+ years of managing direct reports.
• 3+ years leading high-performing product teams.
• 5+ years working on user-facing software products.
• Exceptional communication and team-building abilities.
• Advanced data analysis skills.
• Experience with UX and UI design.
• Understanding of LLMs and AI tools.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Asana and Figma.
• Advanced degree in a related field is desirable.
• Professional certifications in Scrum or Agile are a plus.
