Vendor Management Lead - Remote

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. The Vendor Management Lead works as a liaison between vendors and the organization, addressing moderately complex to complex issues requiring in-depth analysis.

In Short

• Review and negotiate vendor contracts.
• Communicate with vendors about day-to-day matters.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance.
• Research and resolve invoice and contractual issues.
• Make decisions on complex project components.
• Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives.
• Work from home with internet service criteria.
• Occasional travel for training or meetings may be required.
• Full-time position with a pay range of $104,400 - $143,600 per year.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Progressive operational experience.
• Leadership experience in a metric-intensive operational unit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong facilitation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Certification with Six Sigma and/or Project Management Institute preferred.
• Prior experience in healthcare or insurance preferred.
