Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
• Strong typing and computer navigation skills.
• Must work from a dedicated space to protect member information.
• Successful approval for government security clearance.
• Preferred experience in healthcare or call center environments.
• College degree preferred.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
