Flyscan is at the forefront of technology in security and environmental protection, seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join a dynamic team in a key role for daily operations.

In Short

  • Analyze software issues encountered by users to identify causes.
  • Propose solutions for user errors and correct system configuration problems.
  • Document and reproduce all issues effectively.
  • Act as a bridge between production systems and development teams.
  • Identify potential product improvements based on production issues.
  • Create a knowledge base for product support.
  • Contribute to establishing a technical support system.
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand new product features.
  • Support the deployment of new systems.
  • Act as a technical expert for system operators.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Proactive and initiative-driven.
  • Enjoy action and be the first responder to production system failures.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • University or college degree in computer science, software development, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical support or software development.
  • Knowledge in software development is a significant asset.
