Overview

Go echoes is looking to hire an experienced Customer Success Manager with a proven SaaS background to manage a portfolio of 60 French accounts.

• Act as the strategic partner for a portfolio of French clients.
• Ensure product adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews.
• Advise clients on WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Guide new customers through product implementation.
• Track KPIs related to adoption and campaign performance.
• Manage escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilize AI tools for campaign creation and optimization.
• Maintain structured account notes and CRM updates.
• Support the scaling of Customer Success operations.

Requirements

• Mandatory: SaaS Experience.
• Excellent Communication Skills in French and English.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles.
• WhatsApp campaign expertise.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
